I’m not sure exactly what i’m looking for?

When it comes to gemstones and gemstone jewellery sometimes its very hard to narrow down exactly what you are looking for. Especially in the run up to Christmas if you’re thinking of a special and unique present for someone. Im happy to help, its something I have missed doing this year and its lovely hear from customers. We can have a quick chat and I can offer some recommendations with no obligation to buy.

I can only wear 925 sterling silver and gold, is your jewellery ok for me to wear?

All of our jewellery designers/makers ensure that each piece is stamped for your assurance and protection. We only sell jewellery that is 925 sterling silver or real gold.

Are my payments secure?

Your security is paramount and we offer 3 secure payment options:

How much is postage and packaging/ How long for delivery ?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order.

All items are sent using Royal Mail.

* Currently we are offering free postage on all orders over £30 (UK mainland only)

Royal Mail Signed For - Anywhere in the UK (3-5 working days from dispatch) - £4.00

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Fully tracked) - Anywhere in the UK (Next working day from dispatch) - £6.95

Rest of the world - Time frame can vary according to each countries shipping network ( approximately 7-10 working days) - £8.00

What is your returns policy?

If in the unlikely instance that you change your mind, don’t worry.

I have a really easy returns policy.

Let me know within 14 days of your item arriving and I’ll supply you with our returns address.

All items must be in the same condition as when they arrived and jewellery cannot have been worn.

No refunds for earrings/ studs or other jewellery for piercings (except if faulty).

Please note that customers are responsible for return postal charges.
